Temima’s is a family run bakery located in Pound Ridge, NY. We specialize in sprouted whole grain, breads, pies, and more. We also offer outrageously delicious gluten-free and vegan desserts.
We believe in a long, slow rise process when making our bread to both develop flavor and make it easier to digest. Long fermentation is the magic "ingredient" in breads that make us feel great, energized, and satisfied for hours. Instead of lethargic, bloated, and still hungry!
